fordo: this EP titled Frut is composed of five fragments or acts of my life inspired by: experiences from an experiment, integration with the nature, the phenomenon called love, the vision of position of the society within the cosmos and moving around the space. I did not use the most contemporary technical means to the fullest, but thanks to this and also thanks to moderate utilisation of the means and slightly minimalistic approach to composition this EP is more specific, atmospheric and delicate.

Listening to the East: an exploration of up-and-coming independent Eastern European arts and music scenes. The project aims to explore the latest happenings in experimental music and arts in several east European countries, including Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Poland and Hungary.

Slovakia is currently in the midst of election fever. Slovak rapper Bene together with producer Stratasoul, who will soon release a new album Slovenčina pre samoukov (Slovak Self-Taught), have delivered their first politics-tinged single, Benevizia. "You can listen to it on your way to cast a vote into ballot boxes which they would like to ban," says the mysterious Grafomarián. You can download the track here: 

Slovak dj and producer Rawfare, now based in Amsterdam, is author of the very first mix for slovak magazine Splash.sk. In their Splash Mix series they are focusing on the young and emerging artists for East and Central European region.
